| REVIEW From the moment that you enter this restaurant through a beautifully crafted front door, owners Jon and Kym Adair make you feel welcome and special. The wine and spirit selection include some high-end choices like Circo, a smooth grape-based French vodka. The salad bar is the finest we've experienced with unusual treats like fresh whole dates, walnut nuggets, heart of palm, artichocke hearts and anchovies. The servers, including Jon and Kym, are attentive but not overbearing. They appear magically when needed. My New York Pepper Steak, prepared tableside with a Jack Daniels demi-glace, was superb. My partner had her favorite, Rack of Lamb, cooked to perfection and served with a mint mango chutney. |

| REVIEW I had an incredible rib eye steak there. It was perfectly grilled along with the grilled asparagus. It really is the best steak I've had in Chico. My wife had a chicken dish and thoght it was great. It was a little pricey, $30 for an 18oz rib eye, but it was worth it. |

| REVIEW I had one of the best Filet Mignon's I have ever had at The Albatross. It was extremely tender and the taste was excellent with the topping of port wine. |
